Don Cox


President of OFS bringing over 40 years experience in the chemical and trucking industry. Don holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Tulsa. He has hand selected a team of individuals to operate the company and provide the best in customer service. 

His background provides our customers with technical support and excellent customer service. He is able to provide customers with the necessary equipment and training to implement our products into their current system at minimal cost.  

Don  has played a key role in the development of a non-hazardous iron product for customers unable or unwilling to utilize the industry standard. 

He has worked to develop a process to recycle current waste streams in the steel industry. In doing so, we are able to provide a cost effective removal program to the steel industry, convert the product to the customer’s needs and provide a recycled product to our customer for a lower cost. This process has proven to be environmentally friendly and cost effective for all parties. 

His knowledge and background in the transportation industry allows OFS to provide safe, courteous and efficient delivery of all products. Don helps ensure OFS meets and exceeds Department of Transportation safety requirements as well as compliance with all Federal, State and Local regulations.

Richard L. Olney has spent eight years working with Don Cox and his associated companies. Richard has BAcc from University of Oklahoma, with over 30 years in the accounting, finance,  and tax related matters.

He has over twenty years of selling experience, has done everything from lugging the chemical to selling the product, and will go above and beyond for the customer with uncanny customer service skills. He is truly a utility player that we value on our team.
Jennifer Movlai : Head of Dispatch

Jennifer Movlai

Head of Dispatch

Jennifer has worked in transportation for over nineteen years.  Jennifer has managed, dispatched and load planned a small fleet to large ones, single owner operators to over seventy drivers at once, at times without any assistant dispatchers. At the same time keeping them running smoothly and adjusting to as much as they want.  Jennifer is diligent about keeping the customer happy, while still running her drivers safely and efficiently.
